Recognition of students, faculty, and staff by their chosen name and pronouns is both affirming and transformational. LCC is on course to roll out systems, processes, and training that will support the chosen name and pronoun initiative. Learn more about what processes are in place now and what is coming soon. Also, the use of pronouns will be discussed for better understanding of their use.
