The Accommodation Process and Working with Students with Disabilities

Staff from the Center for Student Access will discuss the student accommodation process at LCC and ways that faculty can best help people with various disabilities. Topics covered include an overview of how accommodations are approved, common accommodations approved for students, and strategies for working with students with autism, deaf/hard of hearing students, students with visual impairments, and more. There will also be time for Q&A.
