Scientific studies show that cardiovascular exercise improves cognition, memory, focus, and academic performance. Faculty at Lansing Community College wondered if this research could influence their students’ success. Almost 10,000 students have participated in the Cardio Exercise and Student Success study since its inception, with over half reporting improved test, exam, or presentation scores. This presentation will provide information about the program criteria, results, and how faculty may apply them in their course.
