During this session, individuals will be given the opportunity to listen to the creativity of our colleagues exemplified in their completed projects for the 2020-2021 RISE (Reframing Inclusion through Scholarship and Equity) program. New fellows in the 2020-2021 academic year completed diverse and intersectional projects. The projects explore frameworks to prepare LCC RISE members for inclusive and transformative practices related to engaging students and all members of the LCC community. RISE members are encouraged to claim ownership of professional growth and learning to improve teaching and engagement, and thereby increasing successful outcomes for LCC students, employees, and community members.
